DO YOU SELL PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL PRINTS?

we sell digital downloads only. Our pieces are sold as posters that can be downloaded and printed it by yourself.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER CONFIRMED?

You will receive confirmation at the email address you entered during checkout. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG INFORMATION?

Please contact us immediately if you have entered the wrong information, such as email address or postal address. If possible, we will redirect postage to the correct address at no additional cost.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payment via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and PayPal. 

WHAT SIZES DO YOU PRINT POSTERS?

We currently offer four sizes for our printed posters: 12 x 18in / 30 x 46cm, 18 x 24in / 45 x 60cm, 24 x 32in / 60 x 80cm.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

You don’t have to worry about any delivery, we will send an email directly to you with the downloadable link.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

HOW DO I ACCESS MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

When you buy a digital download, we send you an email with a link containing instructions about how to download your print. 

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE? 

You will receive a link to a 300 DPI printable image in a PDF or JPG file. Simply download and save the file.

WHAT SIZE CAN I PRINT MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?  

Unless specified otherwise, all motifs have been formatted to a 4:3 aspect ratio to enable printing in various common sizes (aspect ratio is the relationship between the width and height of an image). Your new wall art can be printed in the following sizes: 12 x 18in / 30 x 46cm, 15 x 20in / 38 x 50cm, 18 x 24in / 45 x 60cm, 24 x 32in / 60 x 80cm .

WHERE CAN I PRINT MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

You can print your wall art at home, at your local print shop, or via an online printing service.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO HOW I CAN PRINT MY ART?

No, all motifs can be printed on paper, canvas, wood, metal, etc. For paper prints, we recommend using 200 gsm cardstock in a matte or semi-gloss finish. If printing at home, please ensure the printer’s color correction is disabled and that it is set to print at ‘original size.’ 

WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL?

If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that you have provided us with the correct email address. Occasionally, emails may be diverted to your spam or junk mail folders.

I’M HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING OR PRINTING MY ART. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you experience any difficulty downloading or printing your poster, please get in touch so we can assist you. 

CAN I PRINT MY ART MORE THAN ONCE?

You can print your artwork as many times as you like as long as it is for personal use.

ARE THE PRINTS COPYRIGHTED?

All prints are copyrighted and cannot be used commercially in any way. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER? 

We will replace or refund any print that is defective. Due to the nature of digital prints, we do not offer refunds on digital products if you change your mind. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution. See our Refund & Returns policy.

How do I clean my framed paper print?

We recommend using a soft cloth rather than a towel which may be too abrasive for the surface and result in scratching.  We also recommend using plastic cleaners (as an alternative to glass cleaners) which best preserve the clear coat finish on the plexiglass.

Can I hang my framed paper print in the bathroom or outdoors?

Over time, moisture that can be found in these areas can seep into the paper.  This can ultimately damage the print, as the paper print may show signs of warping or waving behind the plexiglass.

Will the colors I see on my monitor be exactly how the image prints?

The colors you see on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but due to differences in the color calibration of monitors, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed.
