1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe:

We want you to love your purchase from Studio Alley. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a Refund and Return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To start the return process, please follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to your Studio Alley account.
  • Go to the “Order History” section.
  • Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Click on the “Return Items” option and follow the on-screen instructions.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support at info@studio-alley.com, providing your order number and details of the items you wish to Refund and Return.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Refund Process:

Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend to contact us.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

All our products are made to order therefore cancellation of any order or item on your order should be made as soon as possible after order placement.

Once your order is ready to ship we will only refund 80% of the order value if the order is cancelled. 

To cancel your order or any part of the order email info@studio-alley.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to cancel.

7. Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees for returns within the eligible timeframe and meeting the required conditions.

8. Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any associated shipping costs.

10. Incorrect Orders or size:

Each of our products is made to order therefore we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in the event you ordered the wrong size item or wrong product.

Any request for an exchange or refund is at our discretion, any request for a product return should be made within 7 days of delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate your request and a member of our customer service team will contact you.

Custom-made types of goods and discounted items are exempt from being returned.
