Description of Service

Studio Alley sells wall art home decor for minimalist enthusiasts. We make every effort to accurately display the colors, sizes, and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual colors of the products.

Shipping and Delivery

Studio Alley ships products to locations worldwide. Shipping times and costs are provided during the checkout process. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is outlined in detail on our Returns Policy page. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Warranty

We have three rules: unworn, unused, undamaged. If the product(s) you wish to return is compliant with this you have14 days from the day you received the Products to do so.

To cancel a purchase you must contact us in writing by sending an e-mail to info@studio-alley.com. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. Once we receive an exchange request it may take up to 10days to process.

Promo Codes

Drawdeck offers regular promotional codes which may apply to any, or certain specified purchases made through the Drawdeck Website. Each Promo Code will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the promo code is issued (including the length of time to use the code).

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online. Users will receive a PDF version via email. A physical gift card will not be sent. Gift cards cannot be redeemed during site-wide sales.

There are no expiry dates. Customers can only use up to the value of the gift card, in the case their order calculates to a higher value, a balance will paid upon checkout.

User Accounts

5.1. Account Creation: To place orders, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

5.2. Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion. We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

Payment

6.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams and are subject to change without notice.

6.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments through the payment methods listed on our website. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment service providers.

6.3. Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes that may be levied on your purchase.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

To contract with Studio Alley you must be over 13 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Studio Alley retains the right to refuse any request made by you, and Studio Alley reserves the right to close your Studio Alley account at its sole discretion.

If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Please be aware that some of the goods sold through our Websites may not be suitable for children under 13 years of age, so please take extra care when purchasing goods as gifts, for those under 13’s.

a. Our Contract

i. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

b. Pricing and Availability

i.Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly stated where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

ii. The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies, or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
